through 3rd party customers. Whether its web based simulation or models from
an IC vendor, there's a good chance you have used one of our models. We
develop models and tools for semiconductor devices and analog circuits such
as high speed op-amps, drivers and switching power supply IC's. The models
can be created in Simplis, PSPICE or HSPICE. With modeling and hardware
experience spanning back to the early 80's, we can guarantee robust and

PSPICE Op-Amp Model |
We developed a generic PSPICE Op-Amp model
for a customer
that can accurately simulate the characteristics due to temperature and supply
voltage variations. Also the noise characteristics of the Op-Amp is modeled. We have tools
that help automate the creation of the model based on the datasheet which
help reduce the cost. On the right is a sample PSPICE model, PSPICE OLB
symbol and schematics with waveforms of the test circuits. For the PSPICE
